Hugh carries on visiting local schools

HUGH ROBERTSON PRAISES PRIMARY SCHOOL FOLLOWING VISIT

Hugh Robertson has praised the Holy Family Roman Catholic Primary School in Maidstone following a visit on Friday. After a private meeting with the Head Teacher, Mrs Maria Betts, Hugh was given a tour of the school and held a question and answer session with some of the pupils.

Hugh said: “It was a particular pleasure to make the first of what I hope will be many visits to the Holy Family Roman Catholic Primary School. The school has a strong religious ethos which came through in every aspect and I was extremely impressed with everything I saw.

“A number of the pupils had been asked to prepare questions but as there was time left over many other children were able to ask their own questions as well. Many topics were covered although the most popular seemed to be what football club I supported.”
