Hugh Robertson supports grant application for new indoor cricket facility for Faversham

Hugh Robertson, the MP for Faversham and the Shadow Sports and Olympics Minister, has written to the Chief Executive at Sport England to support a grant application made by The Abbey School for new indoor nets for their sports hall.

Hugh Robertson said, “This grant could turn The Abbey School Sports Hall into a new indoor cricket centre for schools and clubs in the Faversham area. It is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who supports cricket in the town and I want to do everything possible to bring it about.”
