Hugh Robertson appeals to Foreign Secretary over potential deportation of Faversham man

Hugh Robertson, the MP for Faversham, has written directly to The Foreign Secretary urging him to look into this as a matter of urgency.

The case is about Garry Mann, a Faversham man facing deportation to Portugal, under terrorism legislation, following a conviction at the Euro 2006 Football competition. Two subsequent legal hearings have found the trial to be unsound. Garry Mann faces extradition within fourteen days which is why Hugh Robertson has appealed to The Foreign Secretary for his assistance.
